Hotel Policy

• Our standard check-out time 1200 hours check-in time 14:00 hours
• Early morning arrivals prior to 1400 hours will be booked from previous night and charged accordingly
• In-case of no-show first night charges will be applied.
• 50% Advance payment is subject to final confirmation and remaining amount will be paid before check out
• A maximum of one (01) child up to 12 Years may share parents' room on existing bedding free of charge
• Extra Mattress with Breakfast will charge Rs 1600 per person.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation within 02 week in advance of the arrival is subject to 50% of 01st night charge.
• Guest has to provide us proof of cancel ticket with guest name.
• After providing required information,guests are allowed to reuse advance amount within 06 month.

Note:

Gilgit-Baltistan is a Tax-Exempted region at the movement so no taxes are part of our room / meal rate. In case of any future tax imposition, the tax amount will be additional to rates quoted above. Our rate will change in case of a drastic devalue of PKRs against foreigner currency.
