Hopper is a village with lush green plain surrounded by snow covered mountains. It is the site of the Rush Lake, Bwaltar Peak, Kapldongs, Shaltar Peak, Hispar Muztagh, especially known for views of Spantik peak (7027m) aka golden peak.

Borith is the small settlement in the surroundings of the Borith Lake located at the northwest of Husseini in upper Hunza. It takes 1 hour 30 mins to reach Husseini village. Upon reaching Husseini village, the lake can be reached by a 2 kms jeep route. The lake lies adjacent to Ghulkin village. A short trek of one hour each way brings visitors to Ghulkin Glacier.

Passu Glacier is located in the southern part of Passu. Passu peak is at the back of the glacier. Batura Glacier and many other glaciers are also connected with the glacier. There are multiple trekking routes to the Passu Glacier viewpoint but the easiest way for this day trip is to hire a 4×4 jeep to reach the view point. In the heart of Nagar lies the Minapin at an altitude of 2688m. Minapin is the gateway to the world famous base camps of Rakaposhi (7788m) and Diran (7266m) peaks. It takes 2 to 3 hours to reach Hapakun which is the first camping site to the Rakaposhi base camp. This short day trek leads to the point where one can see the beautiful view of Minapin. The trek to Hapkaun is perfect for adventure lovers. One should spare 6-8 hours for this excursion.
The complete water channel trek starts from Ultar Nala. Passing the Polo ground. The path goes down the valley all the way to Hyderabad Nala. It’s a 3 to 4 hours light walk through the water channels that distribute water to various towns. The Hussaini Bridge makes a nice crossing of the Khunjerab river with the view of Passu cones and allows completion of a loop hike which includes Passu Bridge near Passu. The adventure drive starts from Karimabad to Hussaini Village, hike towards the Hussaini Suspension bridge. Once you reach the suspension bridge, you will cross the bridge in 10-15 minutes, and then you continue towards your destination.

Rainbow Adventure Bridge is a unique and thrilling bridge that is located in Passu, next to the Tupopdan Peak, also known as Passu Cones or Passu Cathedral. Whatever you choose to call it, this peak is the most well-known in the area and among tourists.
The bridge is located just beside the KKH in front of Batura glacier and Thopdan. The bridge was made with the help of 10m of steel ropes and wooden planks. The bridge has 105 steps in seven colors. The length is approximately 170 metres.
It takes 5 minutes to cross. The cold breeze from the Batura Glacier and the Khunjerab river refreshes your mind. On the other side of the bridge, the natives have developed a route called “Touch De Passu Cones Adventure Trail.” It allows you to go close to the Passu Cones and even touch it. It takes around 2 hours to complete the trail.
Ondra Poygah is a community based tourism initiative located in Gulmit village of Gojal Valley. Ondra is the name of a hill, and also the name of an ancient fort, while Poygah in the local Wakhi languages means “stair” or “step”.
The Ondra Poygah, thus, is the name given to the steps built by the local community to connect Gulmit village to the Ondra fort. There are 2,000 steps to complete the trail, covering a trail of around 3,500 metres. Ondra Poygah is the longest uphill stair built by a community in Pakistan. Each step on Ondra Poygah takes you closer to nature, heritage and history.
There are rest points built on the trail and at each rest point you can experience mesmerising views. The panoramic view of Gulmit, Attabad lake, Ghulkin Glacier and the view of Passu Cones gives an amazing experience.
